A standard deposit of 30% secures your booking, with the balance due before boarding.
02What payment options are accepted?
Booking your adventure is simple. You can secure your rental with PayPal, even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Just choose the ‘PayPal Guest Checkout’ option for a smooth, one-off payment.
03Can I get a refund if I cancel?
If you need to cancel, your refund will depend on when you let us know. In many cases, deposits may be partially refundable, and the earlier you cancel, the more flexible we can be. For full details, our cancellation policy has you covered.
04Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. When you book with us, your payment travels through secure, encrypted gateways that protect your details from start to finish.
05How does the deposit process work?
Before you take the helm, we ask for a refundable security deposit. This acts as a safety bond and is returned in full once your adventure ends, provided no damage has occurred.
06 What is your cancellation/refund policy?
We like to keep things simple and fair. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure are completely free of charge. If the sea or skies turn unfavourable, we also offer the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
